Bedroom 1 is 3.2m x 3.2m and Bedroom 2 is 5.5m x 6.2mThe house can be build on your land anywhere in the country, each house is wired for mains electricity and plumbed for mains water and sanitation. The houses include a modern fitted bathroom, and a fitted kitchen can be added for a moderate extra cost. All our houses are designed to last between 50 and 70 years. Stand up-to winds of 150km/h, Force 9 on the Richter scale earth quakes, and temperatures in excess of 400oC.Delivery time is approximately 2 months, 3 weeks to manufacture your home, 1 month to deliver it to Ghana and approximately 1-2 days to build your home.
