The Plant HouseThe structure is a 2 bedroom house with living room separate kitchen and 2 bathroom.Entering from a 1.65m x 2.1m decking into the living room 13.06m2,, ahead is a separate kitchen 5.10m2 and master bathroom 3.3m2. Bedroom one has a walk in wardrobes and is 8.25m2, Bedroom 2 is off the landing is 9m2 and has an en-suite bathroom 3.12m. Wardrobes are in the landing.. The house can be build on your land anywhere in the country, each house is wired for mains electricity and plumbed for mains water and sanitation. The houses include a modern fitted bathroom, and a fitted kitchen can be added for a moderate extra cost. All our houses are designed to last between 50 and 70 years. Stand up-to winds of 150km/h, Force 9 on the Richter scale earth quakes, and temperatures in excess of 400oC.Delivery time is approximately 2 months, 3 weeks to manufacture your home, 1 month to deliver it to Ghana and approximately 1-2 days to build your home.
