Beach Guesthouse - Investor for Managment Buyout wanted

The property is a fully licenced and operating guesthouse in a small flishing village, 30 km out out Accra.I its 30 meters to the beach (onle one building upfront) was build in the year 2000 - tourism in the area is increasing.It is operated now under german managment. The owner wants to sell the property (all documents are there) for 140.000 Euro - which is estimated arround 180.000 dollars. The manager is looking for a business partner/investor for a managment buyout. He also wants to expand the place with the help of a partner.The place has a beautiful garden with flowers and very big coconut trees.
