MONKEY FOREST LAND

The property is located on the road between Jukwa Breman and Odumase Abrafo on the way to Kakuum National Park which is 10 km further down the road. The land has street access and electricity and is situated on a hill overlooking the valley. There are structures remaining as it was planned and built as a monkey sanctuary but given up now. There is a main house, boys quarters and a small kitchen and bar at the hilltop. Then there is a huge pond which can be used as monkey island but also for a fish pond or swimming pool when renovated. All structures need renovation as they have been given up a while ago.Best would be to come and have a look around.
