We represent a landowner in Central Accra who wishes
to enter a Joint Venture with an investor(s) to develop approximately 1.25
acres of land in a prime location along Ring Road Central, just behind IPMC building. This is a busy commercial hub within Accra – numerous
international banks and companies have offices in area. Land is legally
registered and all such documentation is available.
Terms of investment
The landowner is seeking an investor to develop the
site. The investor will be in complete control of choosing the nature of the
development, in addition to uninterrupted responsibility for its management. The
landowner will have no mandate to affect any decision in relation to the
business.
The landowner will receive an initial, one off upfront
payment of USD $200,000 from the investor for the purposes of relocation.
Thereafter, the landowner will be entitled to receive
a percentage of the profit generated by the business, to be paid on an annual
basis. Percentage figure is open to negotiation between investor and landowner.
