In fulfilling the provision of
total range of collateral management solutions, a backward integration into
warehousing rental and warehousing receipt to reduce reliance on third parties
are now added
} We make available safe, secure and least priced warehouse
space to let situated at Light Industrial area, Comm. 12, Tema.
} We
have available two blocks of building each with two units of 900 square meters
per unit totaling 4
units of 3,600 square meters.
} Our warehouse was built with prefabricated metals that
can withstand all weather.
} The roof is also built with metals and insulators that have proven to be leaked proof and all-weather friendly and
provide the required temperature for storage of all products.
} Warehouse space per unit 50m x 18m = 900 square meters. 4
units available to let.
} Total warehouse space for the 4 units= 3,600 square
meters
} We check consignment before offloading and after loading
against waybills to ascertain whether the goods meet custom laws and verify
quantity received or dispatched.
} A well-maintained warehouse not only looks good but helps
to protect the stored products from damage and loss.
} We ensure that the whole site as well as the building
inside and outside is continually kept in satisfactory condition.
} Our boundary and fences are secured with electric
fencing, fit padlocks against unauthorised entry and animals.
} Our programmed of planned maintenance is in place and
daily inspection to ascertain any damage with prompt action to rectify if any
} Our premises are protected by string electric fencing,
the latest camera surveillance equipment with alarm system and on-site security
guards 24/7 to ensure complete peace of mind.
} Our liberal policy exists to allow
Tenants to institute
their own security measures in addition ours.
} We ensure repairs or replacement of damaged sections
promptly and ensure adequate lighting systems.

} Our gutters and drain channels are clean, clear and
drainage is working.
} Fire extinguishers are fixed just inside the doors in
every warehouse unit so that they can be reached easily in case of emergency. Fire
extinguishers are serviced regularly according to experts advised time
schedules
} Our cleaning schedules are: each day, sweep the floor;
each week, clean walls and stacks; each month, clean the whole warehouse
thoroughly; quarterly, insecticide, rodenticides and fumigants to control pest

is forbidden inside, or close to the warehouse.

} Our Warehouse shall, at the time when goods are received
by it for deposit in a warehouse, issue a warehousing receipt in the prescribed
form, contained full particulars in respect of the goods stored in it by each
depositor.
} It is a document of title of goods which is accepted by
the lending institutions as collateral security for grant of loan against the
goods stored in our warehouse
} We provide commodity tracking system from first receipt
to final discharge of goods and debt concurrently.
} We provide real time reports to the provider of finance
and the borrower regularly for informed decisions to be reached.
